Return Policy 

We know you’ll love Honey Envy.  We stand behind the impact that our products have.  In the event that you don’t love our products, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee if Honey Envy doesn't work for you.


If you don't love our products, send them back within 14 days from the original date received in the original container(s) to the address below and we'll refund 100% of the product purchase.

In addition, to request a refund, email info@honeyenvy.com within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please include your order number in the subject of the email. You must state the reason you are returning the product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Once a return request has been received, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return within 48 hours.  Please allow 10 business days to process your return.  Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for purchasing.


Please contact us at info@honeyenvy.com if you have not received your refund after 10 business days of receiving your returned products. We reserve the right to verify your refund request.


The return policy of Honey Envy is subject to change.


This return policy is applicable to items purchased only at www.honeyenvy.com. We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline.


Any items you wish to return that not purchased via www.honeyenvy.com must be returned to the retailer from which you originally purchased them. Any questions about another retailer's return policy should be directed to the retailer from where you originally purchased.

We are unable to accept returns from other retailers and the return policy found at www.honeyenvy.com will not be applicable to items purchased from other retailers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

 

Shipping Damages 

Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. 

 

Lost/Stolen Packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen. Please contact your mail carrier if your package is listed as delivered but you have not received it.

 

Damaged Items 

When your order arrives, please inspect the products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Honey Envy Customer Service. Send an email including your Order Number and pictures to info@honeyenvy.com. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. 


Insufficient Address  

If your order is returned due to insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.  A refund will NOT be granted.  


Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
